What can the AI assistant actually do?

How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude.ai?
Those are general-purpose chatbots. Your AI assistant is configured specifically for your business — it knows your systems, your terminology, your workflows, and your preferences. It runs 24/7 on a dedicated server, maintains persistent memory across conversations, and can connect to your actual business tools.
What do I need to provide?
Just your time during the onboarding call. I'll ask about your business, what you want the AI to help with, and which systems you use. You'll also need to sign up for your own Claude AI subscription and I'll handle the rest.
What are the ongoing costs?
About $120-135/month for infrastructure (AI subscription, hosting, and messaging). You pay those providers directly — I don't mark them up or take a cut. My fee is the one-time setup only.
Can I add features later?
Yes. After initial setup, I offer enhancement packages at my standard hourly rate ($150-200/hr) to add new integrations, automation workflows, or capabilities.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You interact with your AI by texting or calling it. If you can send a text message, you can use this.
What happens if something breaks?
The system includes automatic health monitoring and self-recovery. If a service goes down, it restarts automatically and notifies you. For issues that need human attention, enhancement packages cover troubleshooting and fixes.
